Hello everyone,
I recently signed up to this forum and I am really amazed about the precious info that are shared here!
I am an Italian 25 years old boy that has a little bit strange background (compared to most profiles shared in this forum).
I graduated this year with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, it took me 5 years instead of 3 as I worked full time since the end of the High School (Liceo Scientifico), and I also started my own startup.
So, let's try to resume all information below:
Education: Bachelor in BA with 91/110 - it should be around 3 on 4 GPA.
Work experience (as employee): I worked for one of the biggest industry in industrial painting of Italy in 3 different roles (Mar 2011 - Sept 2012) FRONT OFFICE (Sept 2012 - Feb 2014) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO and since Feb 2014 I am working as JUNIOR HR MANAGER.
Work experience (as entrepreneur): In Mar 2014 I co-founded a startup that is still productive, but in Apr 2015 I sold my shares to the other co-founder for personal reasons (we started to have different point of view about the company). I worked to that during evenings and in the weekends and during this time I studied really a little time.
Certifications:
IELTS - I am planning to take it the 10th of December
GMAT - I am really a newbie here and I am starting to approach it right now (just ordered the OG and Manhattan Prep books)
I would kindly ask you if my profile could fit a MsC in Management or Marketing Management into a top EU Business school (ESADE would be my first choice as I like very much the approach that they have to entrepreneurship) and how to strenghten my application.
If I have to pay any fee to interact with an admission consulting firm please tell me.

Yes, I could consider US Schools but the only thing that scares me is that after the degree is really hard to find a company that is willing to sponsor me there, or am I wrong?
Whats BS in the US do you think could fit my profile?
