Please evaluate my profile, mine is definitely not one of the best here, but I'm just shooting for top 40... (Texas A&M, Vandy, Maryland, Michigan State)
- White/Male, 23 years old, 3.2 GPA (Finance) in final 60 hours at Tier 2 public university.
- 10-months internship experience. Rotational program at Country Club, includes financial/managerial/and accounting oversight/hands-on experience of the many departments at the Club (Spa, Golf, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, etc).
- 5+ years experience...average of 25 hours a week (1 year post graduate) managing retail store...includes oversight, procurement, inventory.
- GMATPrep scores between 680-730...taking early February (assume 700 for evaluation purposes)
- Leader of a team that raised a couple thousand dollars for local ymca.

Top 40 is a pretty broad range and 680-730 is also, but that GMATscore is competitive at almost all the schools you are aiming for. Your GPA is a little low for the schools in the upper part of the top 40. I also just noticed that the quoted GPA is just for the last 60 hours so I don't know your overall GPA and without that I can't be very specific.
Your relative lack of experience is also an issue. Aim for the programs that are welcoming to early career applicants.

Thanks Linda, my cumulative GPA is 3.0. I figured the final 60 hours would be the only relevant ones. By top 40 I meant 30-40th ranked schools (US Schools).
