Hello,
I am hoping that you could help me with a few clarifications please.
My name is Gurpreet and I'm currently working as a Senior Project Manager in an IT company in Chandigarh, India. After working for about 6 years I am keen on progressing my career further and enhancing my knowledge and perspective. Hence, I am quite interested to pursue an MBA now. And due to circumstances I will need to look into US universities in/around Southern California.
My education includes a Bachelor's of Arts (Major in English) and a Masters in Arts (English) degree. Based on the need at that time, I had to pursue the Bachelors and Masters degrees via correspondence.
However, I understand that certain US universities may not accept correspondence education degrees. So I wanted to understand if this may perhaps limit my application to a university's MBA program? If not, please do let me know a few pointers so I could tailor my application accordingly. I am currently planning to give the GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS. And will be contacting the university admissions offices as well to clarify this.
Also, any universities you think may be adverse to my background ? While any universities that may not consider this a limitation?
Let me know if you need more information please and I can share my detailed CV.
Thanks and have a good day.
