Background: Applying for 2018 Matriculation round 1 and 2

Work experience:
1. 2.4 Years at Ericsson as Customer Project Manager/Planner.
2. 11 months and still working at American Express Global Business Travel as a Dedicated Account Management Representative

Undergrad school/major:
-10th %-94.6%
-12th %-88.4%
-UG %-73%

Race/nationality: Indian

Sex: Female

GMAT Score: 620 first attempt,
Second attempt planned for 30th Oct

Target schools: ISB, Insead

How much minimum should I aim in my Gmat in my second attempt so as to be able to crack ISB ?

Aim to exceed the mean/ median score of the school. In general, a high score on its own doesn’t get one in, but a low score can keep one out.

Well, you need about another 100 points on that GMAT for those schools!
So I'd say, just keep on working that GMAT.
