Thank you for sharing. Looking at your target school list, Personal MBA Coach suggests expanding this to include 5 to 8 schools. As competition increases and acceptance rates fall, candidates are applying to more programs to maximize their chances of success.
You may also want to give the GMAT another try. As an Indian male, you come from a competitive pool of applicants. That said, you may need to score 20 to 30 points above the average to be on the same playing field as other applicants since differentiating yourself with a strong GRE/GMAT score will be important. Given Kelley's average score of 652 for the class of 2022 (this is expected to be higher when they release the class of 2023 data), you should consider sitting for the test another time.
The average GMAT for Smeal was 639, so you may want to maximize your score here for the reasons listed above.
Test scores aside, it sounds like you have some good work experience under your belt. Accenture is a reputable company and will help your profile. Your extracurriculars can also be framed in a way that enhances your overall candidacy.
Looking at your post-MBA goal of consulting, it will be important that you share how you will be unique. Perhaps you intend to develop a specific area of expertise within the consulting industry. Smeal's average GMAT score is 639, whereas Kelley's is 652. So a high score is needed. I recommend that you retake the GMAT. You are among a competitive pool of applicants, therefore a good GMAT score will help you stand out. On the work front, your work experience should bring examples of leadership and impact. You have received various awards, which demonstrates you as a high-performing individual. Your profile also has some stint of international exposure, and you will need to explain it in a stark way to give your profile a global outlook. Talking about your ECs, they are good. Try to bring something that will reflect a different aspect of your personality. You may want to read an article on how to distinguish yourself in MBA application essay, you will get some insights. Overall you have a good profile. I would like to know more details about your work experience to assess your fit for other schools.
