Have been working as a software engineer in an MNC. Have lead 2 teams to successful project completion. Have 3 months international experience in Finland.
GMAT Score : 720 (Q:49 V:39) AWA 5.0 (this was my 2nd attempt)

Have been associated with 2 NGO's since 8 yrs working with Physically Challenged and Mentally Retarded Children. Taught them dance for raising funds.

Have learnt classical dance for 10 yrs, and completed diploma for the same.

GPA and GMAT speak to your ability to handle business school academically, so your GMAT will compensate for your GPA to some extent. Extracurriculars don't say much about your academic preparedness. Your extracurriculars look good. You didn't mention your post-MBA goals so it's difficult to suggest specific schools, but based on what you gave me and using Business Week's top 20 I think you have a chance at Carnegie Mellon, Indiana, UNC Kenan-Flagler, and Texas.

Hope this helps,
