Post MBA goals Valued team member at a leading impact investment fund, like Goldman Sachs’ UIG or Impact Engine, where I would evaluate investment opportunities. Driven by a series of experiences and strong mentorship, I aim to use my career to be a leader in social impact bond investment (a niche area of impact investing to which I have a lot of direct exposure).
Why do you want to go for an MBA?My career goals are informed by formative international experiences in Nepal, London, and with a non-profit that illustrated to me how targeted investment and bold financing solutions can drive life-changing outcomes for marginalized individuals. The area that I want to pivot into is niche and competitive, requiring a specific technical skill set and understanding of the social sector ecosystem.
Anything else?I am applying to the following deferred enrollment programs: Booth, Kellogg, Wharton, MIT Sloan, CBS, and Georgetown McDonough. I would love some feedback as well as an assessment of what my chances are (based on the limited information I've provided
) Thanks!!
