Work ex- Will be completing 3 yrs in april,11 in a microcredit institution.
Education-B.A-60% , 12-70% , 10th-80%, Certificate cources in finance and microfinance.

Well, if you're looking to work in mgmt consulting, then you should be focused on the top 16 schools (and INSEAD/LBS if you're looking to work in the consulting firms' Euro offices).
The one big concern is that from what you listed you come across as highly academic. Yes, you may have exceptional book smarts, but by only highlighting that it can suggest that you lack street smarts (which include interpersonal skills, judgment, decisiveness in ambiguous situations, leadership, etc and all the aspects of the real world where you're trying to influence and work with other people).

Age - 23 years (August, 87 born)
Undergraduate - Bachelor of Arts (Economics, English and Psychology) 59%-Lucknow university.
10th-80%-ICSE
12TH-70%-ISC
Additional- Pursuing Diploma in Microfinance and project Finance (Complete in december, 2010)
CFA level 1 (December , 10)
GMAT-770
Work Experience-Network of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (NEED) and Grameen Equity India.(GEI) April , 08- ongoing
Work Experience Details
The first half of my over 2 and a half year experience consisted of working in NEED as Developement Manager which involved working on livelihood projects funded by Ford foundation, DFID and Japan embassy.The work entailed that of proposal execution and deployment of the above-mentioned.I got to learn not only team dynamics involved but achieving the target in stipulated and stipulated budget. My interaction ranged from Program officers of the funding institutions to my team members to the poverty stricken stakeholder involved. This initial stage allowed me to be proactive in diverse cross -functional opportunities in this organisation. Documentation->Capacity building workshops -> Micro-lab sessions.
Later I switched to Micro-finance as Livelihood consultant.This involved working with formal and non formal institutions like HDFC, SIDBI etc. I additionally also took training sessions of corporate banks officials on the working models of micro-finance. My work also entailed active team building exercises. Microfinance is one domain where often conflict creeps and it having a level of stakeholders involved from livelihood adviser to unit manager to branch manager to SHGs group, maintaining transparency is a challenge.
Other than above, I am also handling two more projects -
Project 1 - It is the Fair trade section. I am responsible for tying up with foreigns buyers and trade shows.
Project 2 - Editing tri-monthly newsletter.
Project 3- Co-authored a case study book titled "They did it".
Extra Curriculars
College -
1) Won Economics department debate 3 years in a row.
2)A week session with ASHOKA Innovators for public in summers.
3)Editor of 3 departments newsletters.
4)Secretary of Economics Department Club.
5)Interned at UNCTAD.

1) Represented the organisation at Microcredit submit in Bali , Indonesia.
2)A month interface with the funding partners in Netherlands.

1) Started an NGO with 6 other friends with an objective of providing awareness via technology to underpreviliged children. I am involved in PR.

Please provide your evaluation. My main concern is around a) 3 yrs experience( by APRIL ,11) b) The profile, OVERALL.
Also since I complete my Cfa in december ( I am hoping to clear it ), do it its a good idea to apply in Round 2 ?
