Hello and thanks for your feedback!

Areas I'm interested in hearing feedback on:
Chances of getting into Atlanta MBA programs Full or Part Time: Emory, GA Tech, UGA - Terry in that order.
Applying for R3, Should I just wait and try to get some more work/extracurricular?
Programs I should be considering?
Background:
Motivation: Interested in pivoting into one of the three: High Tech PM, High Tech Manager/leadership roles, and consulting.
Work Experience: 7 years of work experience (4 pre-Bac doing IT Support/management for a Startup healthcare business), 3 years after doing Software Support/IT Support for various industries (Financial, Tech, healthcare). (Currently IT for federal government.)
Education: B.S. in Information Technology from a no-name University in Georgia. I actually had a brain issue and suffered cognitive decline/seizures from 2015 till 2021 which is the reason for the low GPA.
Application:
GMAT: Scheduled for Feb, been getting 690s in practice
GRE: Took for the first time today, haven't studied and planning a retake. 300 (156 Verb, 144 Quant)
Demographics: 27, Nigerian-American, not the first in my family with a degree.
Extra-curriculars: Lead a youth IT group at my church, teaching IT Fundamentals/job searching skills to individuals from 12 - 25 years of age.( About 20 participants currently.) Trying to expand this to a separate church branch.
Volunteer at a pet shelter.
Schools: In order of priority.
Emory Gozuieta (Two Year --> Part-Time )
