Please review my profile.
28/Indian Male.
Undergraduate - Bachelors in Commerce(4.0 GPA) from one of the top 10 universities in India.
Postgraduate - Masters in Commerce (4.0 GPA), Masters in Economics (3.5 GPA) from the same university.
Work Experience -
4.5 years as Audit Manager in an accounting/auditing consultancy firm. Above average client exposure.
My primary responsibilities were in Financial Controls Audit of Manufacturing Companies and Statutory Audit of Banks and Educational Institutions.
Ex-Curricular -
a) Studied classical music instrument and passed 3 national level certification exam for the same.
b) Currently learning German. Have studied till B1 level but have been unable to give certification exams for A2 and B1 due to lockdown. Will start studying for B2 next.
TOEFL - 107/120
GMAT - 650 (Q42, V37)
I was consistently getting V42+ in mocks so was pretty disappointed with the actual verbal score. Unsure if I should give the exam again.
I always wanted to do an MBA but didn't have the financial capacity to fund it till now. My preference post MBA would be Consulting or Financial Services. My preference is to get into a German B-School. HHL Leipzig, WHU, Mannheim are my main goals. My language skills should help post MBA no?
I have also looked at Rotterdam MBA but I don't know if my GMAT score would be enough for that.
Anything I can do to improve? Analysis and Suggestions are welcome.

Your profile looks good on the surface. About your stats, they seem great. A slightly lower GMAT but keeping in mind your targeted b-schools if you work on your stories and bring a strong storyline you can compensate for it. Your essays, work profile, and how smartly you weave the narrative will play a much greater role.
On the work front, you would need to show teamwork, impact and career progression to demonstrate your potential and capabilities. As an audit manager, you can explain the experiences and learnings from your work life and the profile is assessed on a number of parameters, the qualitative aspects are going to play a crucial role. Your ECs seem to be interesting, do speak about your learnings in classical music instruments and accomplishments for the same. It's going to bring diversity to your profile. Yes, your language skills will surely benefit you post-MBA, as they will improve your placement opportunities.
Overall you have a decent profile and had a shot at HHL Leipzig, Manheim and WHU. According to your post-MBA goals, Manheim and Rotterdam would be the best pick for you. The average GMAT score for Rotterdam hovers around 640-700, if you think you can improve you should give it a shot. I would like to know more about your work experience and if we manage to bring the impact it can work out for Rotterdam too.

Overall, there is potential but make sure you put in a lot of effort to achieve it fully.

- The academic profile looks interesting although, it appears that you may be using some conversion for a 4 point scale? If yes, don't do that unless asked for. If not, it's quite rare to have a perfect score in India and can be a huge plus. On the GMAT front, one can usually add 20-30 points to a given school's average to get a sense of the Indian GMAT average. May not be a deal breaker but will be a definite hurdle and if you feel you can boost it, always the best thing to do.
- The professional profile isn't very clear and has been mentioned in a very generic manner. It will be good to understand the employer brand (big 4 or not?), career acceleration, achievements and more. What are your career plans and why Germany? Think about these and a lot more to ensure you bring the right weight to your profile.
- The ECs are just about alright. Music tends to be an individual pursuit and not the most impactful for MBA candidature unless there is some more to it. Languages don't matter a lot in terms of your admit prospects but will be critical in a country like Germany for getting employed.
Overall, there is potential but make sure you put in a lot of effort to achieve it fully.
