Hi! My name is Jiri, I'm a 21 year old male from eastern Europe. I have 3 and a half semesters remaining until graduating and I'm looking for opinions on my profile. I target the M7 schools for deferred MBA.
Main Profile:- Bachelor of International Business at one of the top schools in my country (251-300 QS WUR ranking by subject)
- GPA 3.85 (top 3 % of my class)
- Exchange semester in 2025 at University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, BBA program
ECAs:- Honors Academia* student (GPA 4.0)
- Research Assistant at the Department of Int. Econ.
- Event Manager at a club - organization of leisure activities for students (parties)
- Local Buddy at the same club - assisting incoming exchange students in navigating new environment
- Created and ran a well-being workshop for students
- Mentee in the faculty mentoring program (with plans on being a mentor once eligible)
- Connected the school and the internship company for a project know-how sharing
- Facilitated partnership between Honors Academia and the internship company worth lower tens of thousands of $$
Internship:Part time year round intern at one of the Volkswagen Group's companies (biggest corporate in my country)
- Assisted in developing a project that returned 2000% ROI over 2 years
- Organized an event in a foreign country where over 30 exec. managers were present
- Shadowed my supervisor in procurement (strategic decision making, everyday agenda)
Got offerred full time position three times

- CAE - C1 Advanced by the Cambridge Assesment English - 202/210 (ik I have to do IELTS or TOEFL but it should not really be an issue)
Future Plans:- Either a semestral full time internship abroad at Volkswagen Group or pursuing consulting in my home city (MBB)

- TOEFL - min. 110
Now, what would you recommend me to do in the remaining time of my studies to maximaze my chances? How would you evaluate my profile? Am I on a good track with real odds of getting accepted? Lately, I've been kinda lost in the process. Don't know what to pursue next but I feel like MBB consulting could be the way to go considering my goals.
