You have a very good profile, All your basic educational, work experiences, etc. Answer your 1st question You can look forward to Chicago booth, MIT Sloan etc. Answering your second question, To increase the competitiveness is to improve your life story, you have each and every element in your profile but all you have to do is it needs to be articulated into proper stories/essays. the nonquantifiable parts of your application and his desire/need to do the mba particularly with leadership experience has to be conveyed. You definitely stand a chance! There's nothing in your profile that would be a major red flag or an automatic disqualifier. Those are two very competitive programs so just know that you might not get in just on the basis of the sheer numbers. That does not mean you won't find a program that's right for you.

2) How could I improve my competitiveness?

Besides executing the application itself (with a clear CV, strong essays, supportive letters of reference), you will want to reach out to alumni and current students in the program to express your interest. Having done that research will reaffirm your interest and make your application stronger and will give you great talking points throughout the process.
