Hi,
I have 7 years of work experience in to technology development, Human Resource Information System consulting, project management and pre-sales. I have worked with clients in diverse functions such as manufacturing, IT, e-commerce etc. I have worked with clients across Indian geographic locations, but lack international exposure.
I have been quite active in extra curricular activities. I, along with a group of friends, started an NGO and worked with it for 3 years and thus have lot of experience into event management. I have been a motivational trainer to a couple of institutes and organizations.
I have been below average in academics -
10th - 67%
12th - 65%
B-Tech - 64%
GMAT - 720 AWA - 5 IR - 2
How well suited is my profile for INSEAD considering that I lack international exposure.

I had the same doubt, but in the end everthing went well and I was accepted for D16 class...
I believe Insead enjoys international exposure, but other activities, nice essays and work experience can overrun the lack of int exposure and make you a strong candidate.

While INSEAD values international exposure a lot, it is not that applicants w/o international experience havent been able to crack INSEAD. We have seen atleast 10 admits ( if not more) in last 5 who had no international experience and were from India.
Your GMAT score is good and work ex looks really interesting. Very rarely schools get applicants with HR, Tech, Presales, etc experience - all in one. So, use that well and ensure that your goals and thought through.
