Hello,
I would really appreciate your input on a few questions regarding my profile. First, a brief summary of my professional and educational background:
Demographics: Caucasian male; citizen of small CEE country, currently residing in the US
GMAT: 720 (Q47, V42, IR8, AWA 5.5)
Undergrad: Mid-Range University in the US - BA Economics; GPA 3.97/4 (3rd highest in my college)
Professional experience: 4 years of full time work-experience to date of which:
[*]1.5 Years in Corporate Finance for Fortune1000 CPG company - working in fast-growth division; received "Employee of the Quarter" award for providing pricing and contract analysis for top customers' contract renewal (customers w/ aggregate sales >$100MM annually). Planning to be with my current company for ~ 2 more years and anticipate being promoted within the next 6 months
[*]Currently in the process building an small import-export company on the side
Volunteer Work: Participated in a 3-month project with Micro-Finance & Education NGO in Peru; Built streamlined model to collect and evaluate loan applications; Taught English to students in I-V grades. Currently in the qualification process for joining a mentorship program for teens from at-risk backgrounds.
I am planning to apply to a full-time MBA during Fall 2017 (for 2018 academic year). Below is my current school list:
1. LBS
2. UVA Darden
3. UMichigan Ross
4. Oxford Said
5. SDA Bocconi
I would like your opinion on the following matters:
1. What are my chances of getting into these schools?
2. What are my changes of getting a substantial or full scholarship for these schools? (based on my research, the schools above offer up to full scholarships)
3. Would improving my GMAT score to a 740-760 significantly enhance my chances of being accepted and receiving a scholarship from these schools?
4. What other things I can do in the next 1.5 years to strengthen my application?

Great that you are looking ahead with the MBA applications. Your profile has strong academic potential, good work accomplishments, and interesting extracurricular activities. Crafting a strong application by demonstrating fit with your target schools, and providing details to substantiate and show the scale of your responsibilities and achievements should give you a realistic to strong chance at your target schools.
To strengthen your scholarship chances, you would need to exceed the typical profile, you can do this by highlighting qualities, activities, or personal experiences that make you unique. Doing so would distinguish your application and show the diversity that you can contribute to the group and class discussions. Developing your company to show results or experience gained would also be helpful. All of these and executing them in a way that creates an interesting profile contributes to your chances. However, getting awarded the scholarships would also depend on your competition.
Scoring higher on the GMAT could be one of the ways to do so, if you feel that 740-760 is very achievable then it should be worthwhile to retake.
For the next 1.5 years, I suggest deepening your involvement with your current activities, gaining more leadership experiences and international exposure if possible.
