Hi
pele23, thanks for reaching out to us. Your work experience seems quite strong. I like that you have a mix of Big4 & boutique experience and the startup experience has hopefully led to early leadership roles. Seems like you are quite adaptable across different settings, including some work/studies in other countries, which is great.
US schools do value activities outside of work. But not having them is not necessarily a dealbreaker, as long as other parts of your application are strong. It's just one component of their holistic evaluation. It's also worth thinking about what they are looking for with these activities. Part of it is showing that you give back to / care about others, and part of it is showing that you are someone who has passion or sets personal goals and achieves them. I find that often times applicants can find ways to show these qualities in other ways, like through extra roles they take on at work, or ways they help out their family, or even personal interests/passions they pursue to a high degree. So it's worth doing some digging there and also seeing what you could start doing before you apply!
I think you've narrowed in on some great programs known for general management / large corporate roles. In the US, I might also add a school like Darden or Ross to your list as both are known for general management.
Hope that helps, and good luck!
Kate
