Hey rt0211,

I came across your profile evaluation, so here is a detailed one.

Your profile is strong with impressive GMAT scores, substantial work experience, and leadership roles in both professional and extracurricular activities. Your experience as a Product Manager in a start-up with tangible success (building a profitable product) will particularly stand out. Schools like Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT Sloan, and Kellogg are highly competitive, but your profile fits Kellogg, and LBS. Your academic achievements, entrepreneurial success, and strong extracurriculars should be highlighted in your application.

But you can also look at other good schools like Columbia, Yale, Duke, NYU, HEC Paris, INSEAD, and Oxford University.

For scholarships, it's crucial to note that most top MBA programs offer them based on merit, not just need. Your high GMAT and successful entrepreneurial endeavor will certainly help your case. However, scholarships at top-tier schools are highly competitive, so there's no certainty. You should also consider applying to a few lower-ranked programs where you might receive more generous scholarships.

As for your timeline, starting your application process now is not too late for Round 1 deadlines, which typically fall in September or October. However, remember that crafting compelling essays and gathering strong recommendation letters can take time. Given your goal of earning scholarships, applying in Round 1 can be advantageous as many schools allocate funds on a rolling basis.

With a professional consultant's help, you can effectively highlight your strengths, address any weaknesses, and craft a compelling narrative about your goals and how an MBA will help you achieve them. A consultant could also provide insights into specific schools and the nuances of their admissions processes.

To conclude, your profile is strong, but competition at top schools is intense. By crafting an impactful narrative and applying strategically, you could significantly enhance your chances at admission and scholarship opportunities.

If you need more help, you can message me directly and I'd be happy to give more pointers on how to improve your profile and the right schools you should target.
