Hello Paul,
I am very interested in using your services. I am unsure what to do, because of my situation. I have a very low GPA, but I went to 3 different undergrad schools, so not sure which GPA I would use? I graduated from University of Phoenix with a 2.49, but I only took my last 6 classes there. Prior to that I went to University of Colorado and had a 2.76 with 80 credits, and prior to that I went to a local community college and had a 3.55 with honors for 50 credits.
The long and short of it, is I had to work 50+ hours per week for 7 years to finish my degree (Bachelor of Business and Accounting). I wish I could say I "matured" or something like that, but the truth of the matter is my grades got worse and worse due to having to support my family in priority of school. BTW, I am a 32 year old.
Redeeming qualities, are that I have 9 years solid experience at a Fortune 500 local telecom, progressing my way up the chain in management. In addition I recently finished my CPA after completing my schooling in 2009. My GMAT practice test scores are coming in around 690-730.
I dream of going to a top school, but know it would be a long shot. At this point I am debating whether I should even try considering the circumstances, or whether a local school such as DU would be a better choice. I don't even know if I could get into them with the low GPA.
Also, I am debating whether I want to pursue a MBA or a JD.
Any advice on my situation would be greatly appreciated!
