I am Mahesh B.I am from India.
Education:
10th std -->74%
12th std --> 80%
Mechanical engineering -->61% from University of Pune
I have 4 years work experience as below in detail:
After completing mechanical engineering I have started to work with Precision Automation and Robotics India Ltd(Annual Turnover 400 cr) as MEchanical Design Engineer for 1 year.There I worked for design developement of Mechanical Systems.Interacted with departments assembly vendor development and production department.
I left this organization after having complete 1 year of experience then I joined 3dplm software solutions Ltd (Software organization) where I work as software quality analyst and Industrilization engineer.During working here I ahve interacted with may international clients like RENAULT, BMW, PSA, MeyerWERFT and conducted a workshop for them at their locations (onsite). I am working here since 3 years till present an currenly hanling a team of 3 persons.
I have planned to opt for MBA couse to have good position corporate ladder. Can you please evaluate my profile guide me?

You have a good core work profile, since b-school love engineers and you have what appears to be a diversity of experience in your field including some work at marquee companies. B-schools are very interested in what you bring to the table from your work experience and also like to see some leadership potential. You don't really go into detail about any direct reports you have, so perhaps you don't have any--no worries. There are ways to demonstrate leadership even when you are not leading a bunch of folks. You need to begin weaving an narrative around why you work in your chosen field and why you need the MBA, plus what you plan to do with it. Your applicant pool is a very deep one, so standing out is difficult, but with a passionate and thoughtful vision which is compellingly presented in your applications should go a long way to getting you some interviews. Of course a great GMAT score will be necessary to get attention at the top schools. Hopefully you can do some research and narrow down your choice to five or six schools which seem like a good fit.
