Thanks for your replies Namita and Manish

The rubber venture is still on but I'm not a part of it now.
I'm planning to take the gmat this august, do you think I have chances of getting into top 10 or top 20 b schools ? As apart from those 2 ventures I've experience in IT and even if I wait for another 1 or 2 years the experience would be more or less the same just working on some different technologies etc, which will just serve increase the count and would not make any impact in terms of diversity. Also being an Indian in IT makes things pretty difficult.

So my primary question is which range schools are achievable for me ?

I will not hazard a guess on specific schools for reasons mentioned here Yash. But with the kind of handicaps highlighted here, top schools will be tough to break into. If you've gotta make it this year, at least try to hit the ball out of the park on the GRE/GMAT front.
