Hi everyone,
I have around 3.5 years of work experience. I am currently preparing for GMAT. I intend to do MBA in finance. I was little confused between which institutes I should aim for.
In India I would prefer to do it from ISB. On the other hand for MBA from abroad, I am aiming for European institutes like LBS, Oxford or Cambridge. Also, I am considering INSTEAD.
I would like some guidance on whether there are some more good institutes I am missing in my list (please note I do not wish to go for any American institute).
Also, which is a better option, to do it from India or abroad - considering that I will be financing my course through loan and scholarships
- considering the job opportunities post MBA

The thing is I am missing detail.
I need a LOT more info from you - school name, employer name, titles, promotions, greatest achievements, volunteer work, sports, community service, religious involvement, leadership.. etc. before I can give you a real evaluation.
It will also be very helpful if you can elaborate upon your goals.
Have a look at some of the other very detailed profile requests on this board and do something similar and I'll be happy to get back to you.

Hi @snehalpoorjari! Thanks for your question. I think one key question to ask yourself is where do you want to work post MBA? If you aspire to work in Europe, then you should build your network by attending a European school. If you want to work in India post MBA, you may find that you can best build your network at ISB although having a European school could also help you stand out in India. Not sure I have enough information to give you really specific info but I would consider your target post MBA firms and look where they recruit since it sounds like you are very driven to maximize your return on the MBA. So work backwards- who is recruiting and where do they recruit and then target those schools where that recruiting relationship is strong. Best wishes to you.
