Most MIM programs will require you to provide transcripts of your academic records up to the point of application. In your case, this would typically include transcripts and mark sheets for your 10th, 12th, and undergraduate coursework up to your 4th semester. You may need to provide letters of recommendation from professors or professionals who can speak to your academic abilities, character, and potential.

Given your situation, you should reach out to the specific MIM programs you plan to apply to and inquire about their exact requirements and whether they would accept applications with academic records up to the 4th semester. Some schools may be flexible, but others may have strict requirements.
