The Rorschach test —also known as the inkblot test—is a poor way to predict personality types, even though it is used by many leading United States firms and by a majority of European companies. In a recent experiment five psychiatrists administered the Rorschach test to forty professionals. Premise says psychiatrists scored no better than chance in predicting the occupations of the professionals
So premise had occupation but conclusion is drawn on personality types. That means argument is assuming a correspondence between occupation and personality of professionals.
