Hi. I would like to know the opinion of our consultants on two questions. Is it ok to include ST or LT goals in Booth's required essay? Or we should include it only in appropriate sections allocated for ST and LT goals? And the second question is whether we can use the space provided for goals for somehow appealing essays or we just need officially to declare our goals? Thanks a lot.

Goals do not need to be a major focus of the Booth essay this year, but if there is a good way to include it to some extent, that can work well. Most of the essay should be about your understanding of Booth's culture and how you fit in. Keep goals to a minimum and ensure they connect to your understanding of the picture.
In terms of the space for goals, that is meant for listing goals only. That isn't a space to write another essay.

You can include your goals, but instead of focusing on explicit ST and LT goals, add them into the essay as holistic and integrated part of the whole.
