Questions regarding a first year program

Hello,
I recently got into the Bard MBA in Sustainability. It is a first year program, and I am hesitant to be part of the first class for several reasons. I am curious to know if my concerns are substantial, and I am hoping this forum can help me.
My biggest concern is that the lack of MBA accreditation will hurt my job prospects. I have been assured by the admissions team that they will be approved for accreditation within three years. That said, I am not aware of the survival rate of new MBA programs, and I am worried that the program will die in its infancy. What are the odds of survival? Does the fact that Bard is well respected mitigate any of these concerns?
My second biggest issue relates to my career post MBA. I would like to enter into the green energy sector, and I am sure the focus of the MBA will help me in this regard, that said, I wonder if I will be relegating myself to a specialized field. The admissions team intimated to me that I need not include the "sustainability" title when explaining the program; but I am not sure it can be avoided.
Thanks for your help!
