Except for INSEAD, you're going to be considered "too experienced" for the traditional MBA programs. So in addition to applying to INSEAD, I would highly recommend the Fellows programs that cater to more experienced professionals, like MIT Sloan Fellows, Stanford Sloan Masters, LBS Sloan Masters, Nanyang Fellows, IIML (IPMX), IIMA (PGPX), IIMB (EPGP), IIMC (PGPEX), and ISB (PGPMAX).
