To be honest, it's not normal for a rec letter to be submitted within 15 minutes. Nothing you can about it unfortunately now -- most recommenders usually spend a couple of hours spread out over a couple of weeks to submit recommendation letters to around 3-6 schools.

If there was a huge misunderstanding between you and your supervisor about the importance of the rec letters (i.e. he has to spend some effort rather than just writing just one sentence for each short answer response), then contact the school to see if you can get the rec letter rescinded -- and then find someone else to write it. The worst thing that can happen is that the schools says no, but it's at least worth trying.

alexMBAApply,
thanks! there's one more question. i asked two of my managers to do the recommendations. the other manager hasn't done it yet. if this manager write me a recommendation with details. will this help to back up the one that's already done? obviously, the manager who has summitted the recommendation never did recommendation before and didn't know how to do it. i blamed myself too because i didn't educate the manager on how to write the recommendation...i am getting worry and scared becasue i am not sure if that's gonna be the end of my applicaiton... :(
