d) said advisably that they not playing
e) advised that they not to play
Correct option is indicated as E.
Still I feel , this question has not been framed properly. Verb "advise" shall be followed by infinitive, isn't it?
Also can "they" refer boys as boys' mother is antecedent? Some one throw some light on this question.
