Original sentence is correct.

Non underlined part after the underlined part correctly modifies( people who consumed little dairy food in childhood seem to be prone to bone fractures)

IMO A.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

A. Looks correct
B. Use of adverb seemingly changes the meaning. Use of and disconnects the sentence. It suggests there is another disadvantage. Bone fractures are the disadvantage.
C. Use of and is wrong.
D. seemingly cant be used here. and to have is wrong.
E. unnecessarily long. Usage of and is wrong.
Looks like A

MANHATTAN REVIEW OFFICIAL EXPLANATION:

And have’, ‘and to have’ and ‘and they have’ in B, C, D, and E are unnecessary. Choice A is, therefore, the correct answer.
