Thanks for posting. Yes, one of the biggest challenges you are facing is that GMAT, and that verbal score in particular.... have you considered re-taking?? With some tutoring or a class, you could really bring that score up by improving verbal, which could help you get into more reputable schools, which would subsequently help your career prospects. Schools take the higher score, so there isn't much to lose by giving it another shot and it's quite common to do so. Currently you'd be looking at schools well outside the top 50-60 to have a decent shot. Beyond the GMAT, you'll want to think about how you have demonstrated leadership and teamwork, and how you've contributed to results and made an impact, in your work experience so far. Your essays are also important in that they demonstrate who you are and what you'll bring to the program. Wishing you the best, good luck and keep us posted.
