Hi there,
We only advise on US and European schools, but that said here are my thoughts:
- gmat scores from India tend to be very high, so if you want to apply to the top US and European schools, I'd retake the gmat and try to score 730+
- your shift to marketing will help differentiate you for sure! Be sure to highlight why you made this shift and how it aligns with your future goals
- to differentiate further you'll want to focus on something personal, an interest or activity, that can set you apart from the many, many other candidates from India
