Hopefully you reach your target GMAT score, which will help to offset your low undergrad GPA. Make sure you address this in the Optional Essay. It's certainly better that you improved your score over your 4 years, as opposed to the opposite.
As far as your work experience and extracurriculars, which are also crucial to the application, make sure you showcase your accomplishments on your resume, recommendations, and essays, and demonstrate that you have leadership experiences and have really made an impact. If you can do that, I feel you have a shot at Foster and GT.
Without knowing much about you, it's tough to suggest specific schools to apply to. But using schools' average GMAT score as well as other criteria, I suggest applying to 2 reach schools, 2 target schools, and 2 safer choices.
