Thank you for your response. Are you suggesting me one year MBA because of my job experience? What are my scope of landing up in a good job if I do 1 year MBA from Columbia or Cornell?

Thank you for your response. Could you please suggest in which schools I have a fair chance. I want to have a mix bag when I apply. I am primarily looking for Marketing and General Management. And I will work on my essay to make it as best as I can.
