Hi Alex!
Great that you find time to be here. I will highly appreciate a candid brief on my profile and goals.
Age: 29 (30 this year)
Nationality: Ukrainian
Gender: Male
Education: GPA 3.38 from a private American liberal arts college in Ukraine, BBA
GMAT: 720 (Q47 V42), AWA 6.0
Work experience: 8 years in real-estate consulting for a top international company, market leader locally. Started as a broker, then founded 2 departments (industrial property & investment services), now run both of them as a director.
Extarcurriculars and achievements: President of the university's student government, founder and president of a computer club; lived in the US in 96-97 for 1 academic year as a recipient of a scholarship for young leaders from the US government; participant of the Aspen Executive Seminar in 07 as a recipient of a scholarship from a local billionaire's fund.
Interested in: HBS, Stanford; possibly, INSEAD, Wharton, Columbia, and Berkeley.
Was a bit late to apply this year, however, did sent the docs to HBS at the very deadline of R3, but no interview call. My first suspect is the quality of the essays, as I feel it was rather compromised.
Questions:1. How realistic is my HBS / Stanford aim?
2. What can you offer at this point as a consultant (I mean working with you on a paid basis)
Thank you!
