Hi
gaganpreet94,
Thank you for your post and for sharing your profile. You have a solid profile and will do well with a MiM degree. I have answered your questions directly below in blue
1) What are my chances of securing admission to a top MiM program?
Overall you have a strong profile. That said, it is difficult to ascertain your chances without a GMAT score. Because of your demographic, I would target a higher than 720 GMAT score, especially if a scholarship is essential2) What are the colleges I should target at?
Putting together a list of target schools takes a lot more information than what I have at hand, including target geography. You can reference this article to help you narrow down your list of schools. Some top MiM in the United States are Kellogg and Duke3) What are the chances of scholarship with this profile?

Decent extra-curricular profile
I have had the opportunity to work on a number of technical projects at Bosch. The projects were mostly focused towards process improvement activities. I was the project owner of a couple of projects while others were part of a bigger project being driven by an experienced manager. Work at Bosch has helped me grow professionally by exposing me to the best practices in business and engineering.
At the startup, I led the mechanical design work by setting the direction for the product, building and testing prototypes. Work encompassed technical work as well as vendor negotiation(techno-commercial).
I've had the opportunity to lead a team of 5 for a technical project in college, organized, took part and won events in college.
Aiming for 720+ GMAT and targeting fall 2019 MiM session. Will be applying most probably in 2nd round.
Kindly help answer the following questions:
1) What are my chances of securing admission to a top MiM program?
2) What are the colleges I should target at?
3) What are the chances of scholarship with this profile?
Eagerly waiting for help in this regard.
