Hi Guys! I'm kindly asking you to assess my profile & highlight what is missing to reach my goal. 
1) Work experience
Industry / Occupation: FMCG / Brand management
Work experience: 8.5 years out of which 6.5 in Marketing (brand management)
Previous employers: top FMCG companies such as P&G, Henkel, Danone.
Career path: growth from junior level position to experienced marketing manager position
2) GMAT: 670 (3rd attempt), Q49, V31
3) College info:
Undergrad: National Technival University in Ukraine, Degree - Logistics, class of 2005, GPA - 4.8
Post-graduate: Charterted Institue of Marketing, Degree - Marketing, class of 2012
4) Extra curriculum activies: Participation in national studen contest in logistics
5) Important certificates: Leadership tools program (4 modules) by BLED school of business
6) Tartgeted programs: MBA in HBS, Stanford, LBS, INSEAD, IESE
7) Application: R2 2013 (deadline is around beg of Jan'14)
8) Post MBA goal:
After graduation: Senior management in E-Commerce/ High tech industries
Long-term: Entreprenuersip in E-Commerce
9) About me: 30 y.o., citizenship/ nationality: Ukraine

Hello –
First, to be competitive at your target schools, you really would need a GMAT of 700+. Occasionally you can get in with lower scores, but from global region test scores are often high, and you will be evaluated in the context of your national as well as industry group.
For some of these schools (HBS, Stanford), it also would be helpful to have more substantial non-work activities – it doesn’t have to be traditional community service, but they do want people who have interests beyond work. That said, this is a marginal issue and an application that is very strong in every other way can succeed without this.
I can’t tell from your career description whether it’s the case, but you also would need to demonstrate high performance at work relative to accomplished peers – substantial leadership and impact. If you have that, be sure that it comes out in the applications.
On the plus side, your marketing expertise and global experience is not terribly common and would be good functional diversity, and your nationality would also bring a fresh perspective.
In summary, the GMAT is the one major obstacle, I believe.
