man ur work-ex is too low for you to get into the colleges u have mentioned. u would need a gmat score of atleast 700+ and 3 years of work-ex by the time u start. I would not suggest trying for MBA next year at your work-ex i dont think it will work. get more work-ex and 700+gmat score. otherwise ur profile is good....

Thank you for your response.

I believe I can show leadership skills at work and from the ones at undergrad. And I intend to go back to family business. Will two years still not suffice?

Could you mention which of the schools will my profile most-suit?

man i am simply not qualified enough to tell you which colleges best suit ur profile but what i do know is dat u wud need more work ex and a better gmat score....2 is simply too low....

I suggest you go through the class profiles of the business schools you've mentioned. Look at individual websites. That will give your an idea of how tough the competition is. And more so for an Indian candidate. The median GMAT score for an Indian candidate is around 20-30 higher than the overall class profile. Yes, you can demonstrate leadership, but so can everybody else. That's not unique. 2 years of experience is the bare minimum. The average work experience of the class at the schools you've mentioned is around 4-6 years. If you want to have a realistic chance of being admitted into any of these, I suggest aiming for a very high GMAT... For Kelley.. At least a 700+.. And 730-740 for Ross,Darden and the likes... Also, I would suggest getting more work experience in addition to this higher GMAT..
