The schools you listed will be a stretch - but you have enough of a shot that it's worth at least giving them a shot. Your GMAT should be fine - what will make it hard is that you're competing against a lot of other Indian IT guys who will have very similar resumes as you do. I would apply to these schools, but to also consider schools like Darden, Duke, or Michigan if you want to work in the US or Oxford and Cambridge if you're interested in working in Europe.

I have one more query and it would be really appreciated if you could answer that as well.

I have heard from a lot of people that one should not mention about the entrepreneurial ventures, which candidates have done when they were in undergrad schools as Adcoms wont consider it as successful ventures. Is that true? Specifically in my case as I did start off with something but closed it due to university commitments. Should I mention this in my essays ?

Focus on material within the last 3 - 5 years, which means you should avoid talking about undergrad stuff altogether given where you're at already in your life.
