Also I plan to apply in ISB, please let me know if I have a fighting chance there.
Do I need to seriously consider retaking the GMAT to get a higher score?

You certainly have a chance at the top schools given all your accomplishments, BUT (and the upper case is not by accident) your GMAT could also contribute to dings at these very competitive schools. My advice: If you think you can raise your GMAT, especially the verbal, is to
retake the GMAT and apply with a truly competitive score, along with the other highly competitive elements that you list above.
