Please provide me a profile evaluation

Introduction:
I am a 27 year old Indian, male, working in India for the last 5 years in a major steel company (11th largest in the world) . I intend to apply to the top 20 schools for MBA in USA.

GMAT Score:
680 (Q50, V31, AWA 5, IR 7)
600 (Q49, V24, AWA 5, IR 4)

Education:
- UG GPA: 80.0 % (top 10%)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Won many extra curricular awards in debates, elocution,quizzes,music and coding competitions in school and college
- Awarded many scholarships during college

Work Experience:
5 Years in a major Steel Company (Employs 30,000+ people and is 11th largest in the world)
- Working as Project leader for installation and commissioning of a new USD 800 million rolling plant in a new green field project
- Manage a team of 10 engineers (same company) and 2000 people (Contractor)
- Promoted to lead position
- Work domain also includes procurement of packages, project management, spares planning, statutory obligations, logistics, maintenance planning and site execution
- Training team members
- Disaster Management during two major cylones (Phailin & Hud Hud ) and quick site revival
- Strategy planning, Jobs Scheduling and Resource pooling

International Exposure:
- Trained in Japan by Major Technology supplier
- Leading cross functional team of Indians and Japanese in planning & commissioning of the plant
- Engineering meetings and review with major OEM

Extracurriculars:
- Team member of company's soccer and cricket team
- Member of a team of 15 volunteers for a community development at green field site. I cannot however furnish any certificates in this area though
- Mentor contract personnel regarding work,education and money related issues
- Part of toastmasters club
- Regular activity in music and sports

Post-MBA Goal:
I plan to transition from Engineering based role to a management / strategy role in Project management/Operations. I wish to leverage my experience of leading diverse teams and apply the vast knowledge, exposure and experience I have gained in managing this project to my future endeavours.

All the above schools Round 1 or Round 2 , class of 2018, Full Time MBA

Please also suggest if i should try for some other schools etc and what all information i should include to improve my essays
