Hey! Was hoping for feedback regarding my profile as I’m planning to apply to ISB R2 2017.
Work ex: 1 year local small-scale startup, 2.5 years EY Internal audit,
GMAT score:730 (2nd attempt), Acads: Bachelor of Business Studies-68.5%, class XII commerce-85%,
Extra curriculars: love reading/ writing/ calligraphy. Others: female, no awards/ accolades/ extra curricular activities to boast of.
Would be SO grateful if you could analyse my profile or guide me to a place that can. Thanks in advance!

Show what you have gained from your experience at a small-scale start-up, this is not limited to your personal skills, but can also include about company culture, etc. Complementing these with your experiences with internal audit, and sharing leadership experiences, including successes and challenges working with diverse teams would help.
For your extracurriculars, if you are a member of organizations, you may want to highlight them, as these activities are all more solitary in nature.

Thanks a ton for your inputs! Had a doubt though - What do you mean when you say "these activities are solitary in nature" What sort of organizations can I join ?
Do let me know what you would recommend I do to deal with this shortcoming? To what extent might this affect my chances?
PS I was member of school and college editorial board and member (writer) of founding team of a student magazine at college [no records of these exist so I have no proof of actually partaking in these activities:( ]
