Hello All,
I scored a 650 on the GMAT (Q41 / V38) and am wondering whether I should retake. The averages at the two programs I'm looking at are 640 and 650. I'm a little worried that my quant score is too low; however, I have a degree in engineering and scored A's in all of my math and statistics courses at university, and graduated with just over a 3.7 GPA. Any advice is appreciated.
Target PT Programs: UT and Rice
WE: Will have 5.5 years at matriculation in oil and gas (as of earlier this year, I also have management experience).

You might want to write about the two colleges you are planning to apply in.
Also, some details about your work experience will help the consultants help
you make an informed decision.

I (and any other admissions consultant) would need a lot more detail to be able to answer that, as the GMAT score is only one piece of the puzzle. But you are welcome to try the ARINGO Admissions Chances Calculator to figure out how you stand. Just make sure you add as much detail about yourself as possible in it.
