I think the answer is A.
Option B changes the meaning of the given statement - "b) Right-brained people who are more likely than left-brained .."
The statement given was explaining the fact that Right brained folks are different, but the option B already "assumes" that & changes the initial meaning.
Similarly C & D incorrectly change the main subject to Occupations - Occupations cannot think Freely of have empathy!
Option E is just awkward

You cannot use the construct that B has.
You cannot place a modifer between the subject and the its refering verb in that case, for example:
"My brother who lives is San Francisco".
"My brother lives is San Francisco".
The meaning is different, in the first example
"My brother who lives is San Francisco". It is implied that I have more than one brother (just one lives in SF)
with the same logic
"Right-brained people who are more likely". It is implied that there are Right-brained people who are NOT more likely (...), and you are talking about a portion of those. (wrong meaning)
