Hi All,
I am working on improving my Grammar specifically after receiving my ESR that indicated I missed 5/8 grammar questions but 0/8 communication questions for the SC section. Unfortunately, I am a little confused on what questions are Grammar verses communication.
Could an expert or community member give me some guidance on what subjects would yield the greatest opportunity for improvement?
Apologies as I figure this is available on the site but google is yielding low results (I'm not great with keywords
).
For example:
Parallelism would indicate grammar question
Idiom is communication
etc.

A 'communication' question is probably one that tests meaning/comprehension more than grammar.
A question focused on Idioms would be placed in the 'grammar' category (I think). But the GMAT is unlikely to have many such questions

If your problem really is grammar, you may be in luck. It's easier to brush up on grammar rules than to improve comprehension
