If you want to work in Europe right after graduation, you are best off focusing on European schools as it just makes recruiting a lot easier and more effective. Focus on INSEAD and LBS where you have enough of a chance that they're both worth applying to, and schools like IESE, ESADE, IE, Oxford, and Cambridge as schools where you have a reasonable shot of getting into.

This is assuming that you and your boyfriend are completely comfortable being apart, but that comes down to how serious the relationship is.

An alternative is to apply to a subset of the schools I mentioned above, and then apply to a subset of the schools that your boyfriend is applying to. As for which ones, that is something I trust you can work out together with him.
