With the 700+ score and a perfect presentation of Why *this* MBA, I think you can be competitive at some of the top programs. You really need to canvas the schools though and figure out which ones are truly open to a second degree candidate. I don't have an exhaustive list of such schools as I only work with second degree candidates on a case-by-case basis (much like most b-schools, I suppose) and I'm not sure one exists. Perhaps that is something you can share with the GMAT Club community.

Definitely start with Sloan though, as I know they will truly consider you.
