I have graduated from a top-5 school in India, with a semester in Europe.
Work Experience: 3
.5 years. I held key leadership positions in college and worked with a Beauty Giant, in charge of setting up new territory with over 70 people reporting to meI have transformed the distribution set up for a 32 Crore (42 million) territory, to make it the fastest-growing territory in India. I was the youngest manager and the only female on the team. I am currently working with a Unicorn as a brand manager in charge of international business, and new brand on-boarding.
Extracurriculars: State Level basketball athlete, National level debater, Volunteer for Blind students, trained Singer (12 years training), trained in Classical music. I was a part of the Academic Council, and have played a key role in moulding the academic structure of the course in Undergrad school.

Thank you for sharing your profile. Your profile looks good on the surface. Starting with the stats, your undergrad GPA is good, and you have a solid GMAT score. So, this part is pretty sorted. Regarding your work experience, I can see impact and leadership. You must show how your various positions have helped you build leadership skills and handled situations when things have gone wrong. To get an advantage, you must demonstrate your professional and personal experiences and lessons learned. AdComs should sense that the candidate possesses the required characteristics and values and is ready for an MBA at their school. As the profile is judged on a lot of parameters overall, the qualitative aspect will play a crucial role. Your ECs are impressive. Your involvement in a range of activities reflects your vibrant personality and will assist you in bringing diversity to your apps.
Your GMAT score is high, so you stand a chance at the school you have selected. But, what are your post-MBA goals? Post-MBA goals are important in shortlisting b-schools. Since your Business school acts as a launching pad for your career, it is critical to determine how well the school aligns with your post-MBA goals. For example, if you want to work for a specific firm, you should determine if they hire from the B-schools you've chosen. All the top business schools look for individuals who have realistic and achievable goals and a strategy for achieving these goals by getting an MBA from their school. These post-MBA career goals are major themes in many application questions and even interviews. So, think about it and then select b-school accordingly.
You will also need to explain why you want the second MBA, such as what gaps you see in your profile and how MBA from b-schools can assist you in filling them. Overall you have a good profile. What matters most in your profile is connecting the dots and creating a compelling story to impress the adcoms. Thank you for your post. Whenever a 2nd MBA is desired, it is a bit trickier of a conversation and the individual circumstance matters a lot. However, if your application is strong and you can explain that your MBA from an IIM, while helpful, was not sufficient to progress your career, you should be able to communicate your need for a second one.
From what you have shared, you have a strong GMAT and it seems like you have a good breadth of experience that you can elaborate on.
Additionally, it is great to see that you have 8 schools on your target school list to maximize your chances of success.
