Hey there,
Thanks for your post and love all the detail! So let's see what we've got here:
[Academics] Tier I institution? Check. MBA feeder degree? Check. Study abroad? Yup. Your GPA is a bit low but if you can provide context that would be useful (e.g. rank in class?). You've clearly improved your GMAT (620 to 700 is impressive) and a 700 puts you in play for a lot of the programs out there. I'd like it to be higher but as an applicant from the Philippines, you should be ok.
[Professionally] Overall, really like your experience. You've worked for a variety of different organizations, in various different roles, and you've got some big name companies on the resume. The only concern is it seems you're planning on apply R2 so will your recommenders from the pharma company be strong enough?
[Involvement] You haven't mentioned anything on this front?
[Goals & Schools] Your goals make sense but be prepared to really point out HOW you will revitalize the business. Why it needs it. What you'll do. Why you. Why MBA. From a schools perspective, you're looking at a good range of schools and they're diverse. What exactly is important to you in considering those programs, however?
