Be yourselfIn contrast to designing your MBA application to match what you believe the school will be searching for, having passion and a real belief about what you're doing will deliver so much better. It can be difficult to explain who you are and your importance. Getting personal is risky, and you'll be judged, but telling your story authentically is worth it.

LOR’sSince this is the only section of the application where the content is in the hands of another person, letters of recommendation can seem like a wild card to applicants.. To ensure that your recommenders are aware of the procedure and the questions they will be asked, take the effort to synthesize the pertinent information from all of the recommendations you are requesting. I would say choose one who can tell you about the qualities you possess and the type of person you are in your work very thoroughly because the goal is to obtain a second person's view about you. So, make an informed decision.

MBA Essay Consider yourself an admissions officer for a second. You've just finished your double espresso to give you the energy to read and evaluate every essay in the more than 100 applications you need to review before the deadline. Consider how you can improve your chances of being one of the candidates who attracts that reader's attention now.
Describe Why You Are a Good Fit: Help AdComs understand why you are a particularly strong match for their program in your essay. You can discuss, How your passions relate to the school's emphasis or curriculum and how your knowledge and expertise will help your cohort and the program as a whole.
Showcase Your Achievements: As your experience is an important component of your graduate business classwork and experience, be sure to highlight your achievements at work and via community groups. You can discuss, Your role as a leader and the activities you initiated, the outcomes you delivered or achieved, What impact your specific skill set have and Any gaps in your background and skills learnt.
Consider your application essay to be an opportunity to showcase yourself to potential schools. Always be fair and honest - in your essays.
