Hey Hemanth,
Very good to hear from you!
So first of all, if you are applying in 2-17, it will be for the most part not for matriculation in 2017, but 2018. The exception is if you are applying for European programs with January intakes, in which there are deadlines in Feb-May of 2017.
Secondly, although being an airman int he Indian Air Force is very unique and very impressive, you have both a relatively low GPA and GMAT, and that can make things a lot harder for you, esp. as an Indian candidate. If you have time, you may want to consider a retake of the GMAT. For more about that, I can suggest you read this article here:
https://admissionado.com/mba/to-retake-o ... n=mba_blogOnce we clear up your deadlines we can figure out what schools might be good for you, but the place to start looking is schools with average GMATs of +/-30 points of yours.
Best,
Jon
