Should I Cancel My Score (700)??

Hi,
I was referred to this forum subgroup after I posted in the general GMAT forum.
I just took the GMAT and scored a 700 (48Q, 38V). I believe I am capable of getting a 720+ (I am going to retake the Exam). My goal is to go to a top 15 school (e.g. Columbia (top realistic choice - at least I think), Stern (although not technically top 15 right now), Booth, Wharton (reach school) etc.) My background is a little different than most. I'm an engineer turned patent attorney. I worked a year as an engineer for a biomed company before law school and I am currently working as a patent attorney (3+ years). I'm interested in getting into VC/startups and/or consulting.
With the new score cancel/reinstate policy, I am wondering if i should cancel my 700 in hopes of getting a 720+. If I get below 700, I can always reinstate the 700. Basically, I'm wondering if it will look better/worse/same if a school sees only one score of a 720+ or if they see two scores (one 700, and the other 720+)?
I have less than 72 hours to cancel, so any advice is appreciated.
Thanks
